The hotel offers very nice, clean, and modern rooms, perfect for a platinum member, and our balcony provided a great view. The service was excellent, especially from Laye Diop and Stewart, who treated us like family, although the night staff was a letdown. The location is in a very stylish area of Lyon adjacent to the lovely Tete D'Or park, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience, while not ideal for vegetarians and vegans, offered a memorable meal. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers a great view overlooking the river, matching the images on the homepage. However, my room wasn't ready on time for check-in at 3 pm which was a bit inconvenient.
